During the 2015 International Builders’ Show (IBS)?in Las Vegas.?The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) named Pure Genius the Best Green Building Product in its third annual Best of IBS Awards.

“With a record number of 400 product submissions, the competition for this year’s Best of IBS awards was fierce,” said Jerry Konter, NAHB’s 2014 Conventions and Meetings Committee Chair and a home builder from Savannah, Ga. “The 2015 winners represent the best and most innovative products on the market, and we are pleased to be able to honor them.”

Awards were given to exhibitors with a product or line that shows the best combination of design, functionality and innovation, as well as its usefulness to consumers and/or home builders.



During the?IIDEXCanada?the Pure Genius standed out again by winning the?Bronze Innovation Awards in the Flooring category.

Awards were established in 1984 by ?Designers of Canada (IDC)?and Informa Canada to celebrate the industry’s leading manufacturers and suppliers within the fields of design and architecture, and recognize outstanding achievement in new product design for the built environment.

“Today’s products need to be competitive on many levels,” says lead judge, Michele Gunn. “The products awarded are not only well-designed, they stand out as sustainable, accessible, and have the users well-being in mind. They are certain to succeed in the marketplace.”

Innovation is the recurrent theme throughout ?DOMOTEX.?An independent jury has selected Lauzon exclusive Pure Genius technology as an outstanding innovation, to be showcased in one of three specially designed areas of?[email protected] 2015.

A A?jury of specialists?chaired by the distinguished industrial designer Stefan Diez has decided which products and design highlights took centre stage at the world’s leading trade fair for floor coverings in Hannover.



Green Builder Media chosen the Pure Genius for it’s annual list of the 50 hottest products available for today’s green homes.

Picked by the editors of Green Builder magazine, this year’s selections cross new thresholds of intelligence, efficiency, and materials innovation.
